Cancellation Policy
At Tourtend, we strive to create a responsible and transparent booking experience for our travelers. Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure both parties are protected while providing flexibility when needed.
Pre-Payment Requirement
To confirm your booking, we require a pre-payment of 30% of the total payment for the services. This policy helps ensure responsibility and commitment from both sides.
Accommodation Payments
- Accommodation payments may be required in full, depending on hotel policies. Please be aware that different hotels may have their own cancellation policies.
Cancellation Terms
- Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if the reservation is canceled 30 days prior to your arrival date.
- Non-Refundable Pre-Payment: If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before arrival, the 30% pre-payment is non-refundable.
- Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure (such as natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances), refunds may be considered with appropriate proof.
Remaining Payment
The remaining balance must be paid on the arrival date. We accept payments via Mastercard or Visa through a secure payment link, and the remaining amount can be settled in cash or using the same method as the pre-payment upon arrival.
Important Notes
- Travelers are required to request an invoice for their bookings. This ensures clarity and transparency in all transactions.
