Cancellation Policy


At Tourtend, we aim to keep bookings clear, fair, and reliable for both travelers and suppliers. The policy below explains how
deposits, accommodation rules, and cancellations work.

Deposit to Confirm

To confirm a booking, a 30% deposit is required. This secures your reservation and allows us to lock in services with our partners.

Accommodation Payments

  • Some hotels require full pre-payment (or have stricter cancellation rules). If your booking includes such accommodation, we will
    share the hotel’s terms before confirmation.

Cancellation Terms

  • Full refund: cancellation at least 30 days before the arrival date.
  • Deposit retention: cancellations within 30 days of arrival may result in the 30% deposit being retained, depending on confirmed supplier terms.
  • Force majeure: in exceptional circumstances, we may review refund requests with supporting documentation, subject to supplier approval.

Remaining Balance

The remaining balance is due on the arrival date. You can pay by Visa or Mastercard via a secure payment link.
The balance can also be settled in cash upon arrival (AZN).

  • If you need an invoice/receipt, please request it during booking so we can prepare the details correctly.
