What services does Tourtend provide for travelers?

How do I book with Tourtend?
Share your travel dates, group size, and preferences. We’ll confirm availability, send your itinerary and price, and provide written confirmation once everything is finalized.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and cash. Cash payments are accepted in the local currency: Azerbaijani Manat (AZN).

Do you provide invoices/receipts?
Yes. If you need an invoice/receipt, email us your billing details and we’ll prepare it.

How do cancellations and refunds work?
Cancellation and refund terms depend on the services booked (hotels, tickets, experiences) and are shared before confirmation. Policy details are also listed on each product page. If your booking is eligible for a refund under the applicable terms, message us and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Do you offer private tours or group tours?
Both. We organize private tours for individuals, couples, and families, as well as group tours for friends, corporate teams, and larger travel groups.

Where do I meet the driver for airport pickup?
We share pickup instructions in advance, including meeting point details and the information you need for a smooth arrival.

What if my flight is delayed?
Send us your updated arrival time and we’ll coordinate the pickup accordingly.

Do the drivers speak English?
Drivers are not professional guides, so English level may vary. Many can communicate at a basic level for practical needs (timing, directions). If you prefer full tour narration and destination guidance, we can arrange an English-speaking licensed guide.

Can you arrange English-speaking guides?
Yes. English guiding is available, and other languages may be possible upon request depending on availability.

Can you help with hotel bookings?
