Booking & Pricing

  • How do I book?
    Send your dates, number of travelers, and preferences. We’ll confirm availability, share the itinerary and price, then send written confirmation.
  • What’s included in the price?
    Your quote clearly lists inclusions and exclusions. Optional items are shown separately.
  • Why can prices change?
    Seasonality, availability (hotels/tickets), exchange-rate changes, and last-minute updates can affect pricing. We confirm the final amount before payment.

Payments

  • How can I pay?
    We provide secure payment options, including payment processing via epoint.az (where applicable).
  • Will I receive documents?
    Yes — you’ll receive your itinerary and service details after confirmation.
  • Can you issue an invoice/receipt?
    Yes. Email your billing details and we’ll prepare it.

Airport Pickup

  • Where do I meet the driver?
    We share pickup instructions in advance, including meeting point and details.
  • What if my flight is delayed?
    Message us with your updated arrival time, and we’ll coordinate the pickup accordingly.
  • What if I can’t find the driver?
    Send a WhatsApp message with your location (a photo helps) and we’ll guide you immediately.

Changes & Cancellations

  • Can I change dates?
    We’ll check availability and apply supplier terms (hotels, tickets, experiences) based on what’s booked.
  • How do cancellations work?
    Policies depend on the services confirmed. We share applicable terms before confirmation.
  • Refunds
    Refund eligibility follows supplier rules. Some services (e.g., tickets) may be non-refundable.

Safety & Emergencies

  • Is Azerbaijan safe to travel?
    Tourist areas are generally safe, and we plan routes and logistics with traveler comfort in mind. For itinerary-specific guidance, message us anytime.
  • Urgent situations
    If you need immediate assistance during your trip, message us on WhatsApp so we can coordinate support quickly. Azerbaijan’s general emergency hotline is 112.

Before You Travel: Quick Checklist

  • Passport: ensure validity meets your travel requirements.
  • Travel insurance: recommended for international travel.
  • Currency: local currency is AZN; cards are widely accepted, cash helps for small purchases.
  • Connectivity: consider a local SIM/eSIM for data.
