  • How can I get refund?

You can see cancellation policy under each product on our website and our representatives will inform you about cancellation before your booking. If you are eligible to get refund for your cancellation, just contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp or Telegram.

  • Do drivers speak English?

While the drivers are not professional guides, they may not speak English or your language. If you would like to have tour guide with you during your tours, you need to hire them separately.
